This application works over Bluetooth and this is the main advantage among others. Because you don't pay for Internet data tariff. Only you must download the server part from this website to your PC.

1. Download the server part from this website to your computer
2. Turn on Bluetooth in your computer
3. Extract downloaded file and launch Bluetooth Remote PC.jar
4. In your Android mobile start Bluetooth Remote PC > Menu > Connect a PC > find and choose your PC

***** Important Notice *****
Because Bluetooth Remote PC connects your PC over Bluetooth, it has own limitations: lower transmission speed (3 Mbit/s), distance (up to 10 meters). For now I am not able to implement controlling programs on background (for example WMP in toolbar). So you can only manage them, if they are active (the foremost window). In next versions it will be repaired.
