Old religions had days dedicated to persons regarded as saints within sectors of Christian society and these days are normally used as holidays within some religions. Name Days is an application that keeps a close watch on the Julian date and matches each day with the respective Saint Day.
The application is good to have and gives one a bit of information about religious and societal history and facts. Name Days also has a database enabling the user to search for Italian names and you can send the name of the day to a respective contact in your address book with the same name as the saint.
The software Name Days runs in Android and needs at lease the 2.1 or Éclair version to run properly. It is a good app not just for the religious but for the historian as well.

- browse the calendar of name-days by swiping left or right on the screen;
- search for an Italian name in the name-days database;
