I purchased the pro installation and source code. After the install the software was full of glitches and database errors. I contacted them and they told me to post in the forum. They do not offer any type of email support after the sale even for pro installs. I posted on the forum. Nobody helped me. I complained. They banned me from the forum and kept my money. The software never worked even for one day. I practically begged them to be their customer. No dice. Really, really bad service.
